The Walk in Dental Centre take the health and well being of our staff, patients and the wider community very seriously. With Covid-19 cases now in the community we have made a few changes to how we do things.
Due to the limited space we have available at the practice, with immediate effect we are asking all patients to please wait in their car or outside the practice when coming for your appointment. One of the team will call you when we are ready to see you. We ask that, whenever possible, that only the patient enters the practice or 1 parent/carer if needed. Families are welcome to come all together.
Please note as we come under the definition of Health Care, Masks MUST be worn at all times whilst in the practice by anybody aged 12 and above.
Please sanitise your hands with the hand gel provided at reception or by the door, upon entry.
Our staff will be wearing masks at all times and we are under taking additional cleaning of all high touch areas ie door handles, reception desk, pens, Hicaps machine etc.
If you had had cold or flu like symptoms in the 7 days before your appointment, been in close contact with a covid positive case, or are awaiting the results for a PCR or Rapid Antigen Test, please call the clinic on 6161 6405 to reschedule your appointment with us.
